Genuine and Trustworthy

They are best set of experts in the market today. Moreover they are transparent, compliant, ethical and genuine. They always provide practical insights and keep customer in mind. They are polite and take business and customer interactions services seriously.

Am telling this as I have been manipulated in the past by other financial planning companies and only 1finance was true and genuine to help me out. I now feel safe and secure with them. No stress nothing.

Neither 1 nor 5 I’ll give 3 - you like extremes??

Dear 1 Finance team,
Very good morning !!
It’s gonna take time so please bear with me.
Let’s start with your App - Very nice app, simple and easy to navigate as there is nothing much inside it.
Just a couple of questions for MS, meeting status and some other info which users feed.
I understand, having an App with good ratings is a good move to build trust among people. But is investing in app really worth it? I don’t think so.
Meeting scheduling and other stuff which your app currently does can be done in other ways. Which are cost-effective as well as equivalent to having an app. A PWA, for booking meetings you can directly use google calendar api to send and update invites and there are many other alternatives which you can implement.
Trust build automatically if the service you provide speaks for itself, which it is doing no doubt in it.
If I were you I would have added in-app meeting feature or could’ve used the other option.
Please note the above points are for 1 Finance App and not for Cred.

Your website - Nice website can be enhanced with look and feel. One thing which I found missing is Inconsistency - now I will leave the exploration of such areas on you guys. Maybe you guys can add MS question answer thing in your website only and serve it as ….

I dnt think I will be able to explain how good the process is with 1finance team. I think they are probably the only ones who want to listen to you and your goals. They gave me a customised plan for me to achieve what I wanted.
You will also be amazed by the followups that they do and trust me they have NO INTEREST IN COMMISSION!!

Super beneficial for financial planning

I came across to this app through web series. I downloaded the app and booked appointment for my self. Krutharth helped me in the initial process and how to get start with. After that I had financial consultation with Mr. Krishna Rath. He explained me all the factors about my financial situation and made action plan for better planning. He is very knowledgeable person. Outstanding Experience on consultation

I learned about this app on TVF Show Sapne vs Everyone and didn’t regret downloading and booking my first free consultation. The initial data collection, KYC and NDA was a little slow but overall experience of my own financial consultation was fabulous. My data collection, overall review, brainstorming session and true and factual advices/recommendations whether they are critical or appreciation were given to me. Both Shikha and Raghu made great efforts to showcase my financial details under one umbrella along with recommendations and advices for upcoming quarter. I am sure that this won’t be the last session but a start of a great investment in 1Finance.

It can solve bigger issues with their solution

My experience was really great with one finance. I have already received a report from their side. They have mention all the details like which insurance I should buy and what kind of ELSS I should invest. Basically they have taken a really great initiative to solve the financial problem in the youth. So yeah I like it.
