Worthless customer service
I be tried for over a month to open an account with this app. I’ve written emails stating the things I’ve done that I have been suggested to do. By the auto bot email responses . They can careless about a new account. From the reviews I’ve read they must have enough people to double charge. I tried to not let the reviews dictate trying. But believe you me they are true as far as customer service. That’s as far as I can get. It’s takes days to get a response even if you respond immediately to their emails. I’m sure I’ll get an automated response to this email. Thanks for your feedback back……..why can’t someone actually create something that’s useful. They pride themselves on what? I guess I’ll try mudflap see how that’s goes. Thanks for nothing. Said my the phone number I used looked suspicious..wtf. I asked what makes mine suspicious? Begged for a solution. Even asked if they wanted billing history, would they like to speak to my representative that handles all my phones.. so for me I’m taking it as a blessing in disguise! Thank you lord for working when I can’t see it!!!

Cannot create an account
I have tried multiple times over the last few days and keep getting an error saying validation error.

I an getting a message that says I am using an unsupported version and I need to update. Every time I try to update it doesn’t let me.

App is good when it works but it does glitch out a lot and now is telling me I need to do an update. When you go to update it there’s no option to update so now I can’t use the app. Please fix this issue!!
Useless Waste of Time So Far
Can’t create an account. Called their foreign call center & they basically said they are are aware of the issue. Try uninstalling & reinstalling the app. If that doesn’t work, just please be patient.

Pending charges for days
Fair warning to anyone wanting to use this app. There will be fuel stations that you visit through the guidance of the 10-4 by WEX app and the app will tell you to enter your code at the fuel pump after you preauthorize a selected amount of fuel. A-lot of these fuel stations require you to go in and give your code to the cashier so when you are following the app’s directions and entering it into the fuel pump it will activate the pump to work but when you go to add fuel to your tank your transaction will be cancelled as soon as you pull the trigger and the pre authorized amount that could be anywhere from $250 - $2000 with be held as a pending transaction for multiple days. I have had to wait an entire week for my funds to be released back into my account and 10-4 by WEX support group will do almost nothing to speed up the process. You can only image how frustrating having that much money tied up becomes when it can be quickly reversed.

The customer service is useless they just can apologize for inconvenience, but they don’t help at all. It’s first time in my life when they refuse to connect me with a supervisor or manager. They can’t fix the easy problem, I am not work in It, but is a sure they don’t have any tester and no body works with the data base here. They can’t fix my email ( because accidentally I put double n in my email. The application doesn’t have authentication

This app is great and has saved me a ton.
Fuel issues
Sometimes works great. Other times it glitches and takes the deposit and doesn’t provide the code which is really annoying!!! Then you need to wait 24hr-5 biz days until you get the refund.

am very disappointed with this company. They blocked my account without providing any explanation. I have called multiple times to find out what happened, but no one gives me a clear answer.
I also contacted the AD support team several times, and every time they tell me they do not know why my account was blocked. No one is willing to explain the reason or help resolve the issue.
The customer service is extremely poor. They do not communicate with their customers or provide the support they should. Because of this experience, I no longer trust this company and cannot recommend it to others.

Al principio buena despues no tanto
Al principio funcionaba bien y de hace una semana no me deja entrar a la app. Llamo y la atención al cliente es tan mala que no te dan ninguna solución. Además me cobraron 143 por un código que se me desapareció al momento y cuando los llame me dijeron que eso se me regresaba en una semana. Ahora me bloquean la cuenta sin ningún aviso o notificación.

Charged Twice, No Fuel, No Refund
I tried to purchase diesel through the app, but the pump never worked and I received no fuel. Customer support told me to try again, so I did. The second attempt failed as well, and I was charged twice on my debit card.
Now they’re telling me to wait 5 business days for the money to be returned. Why should I have to wait when your app or the pump didn’t work in the first place? Charging customers immediately for a transaction that never happened is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this service again until they fix these issues.
