Fuel issues
Sometimes works great. Other times it glitches and takes the deposit and doesn’t provide the code which is really annoying!!! Then you need to wait 24hr-5 biz days until you get the refund.

am very disappointed with this company. They blocked my account without providing any explanation. I have called multiple times to find out what happened, but no one gives me a clear answer.
I also contacted the AD support team several times, and every time they tell me they do not know why my account was blocked. No one is willing to explain the reason or help resolve the issue.
The customer service is extremely poor. They do not communicate with their customers or provide the support they should. Because of this experience, I no longer trust this company and cannot recommend it to others.

Al principio buena despues no tanto
Al principio funcionaba bien y de hace una semana no me deja entrar a la app. Llamo y la atención al cliente es tan mala que no te dan ninguna solución. Además me cobraron 143 por un código que se me desapareció al momento y cuando los llame me dijeron que eso se me regresaba en una semana. Ahora me bloquean la cuenta sin ningún aviso o notificación.

Charged Twice, No Fuel, No Refund
I tried to purchase diesel through the app, but the pump never worked and I received no fuel. Customer support told me to try again, so I did. The second attempt failed as well, and I was charged twice on my debit card.
Now they’re telling me to wait 5 business days for the money to be returned. Why should I have to wait when your app or the pump didn’t work in the first place? Charging customers immediately for a transaction that never happened is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this service again until they fix these issues.

Wrong gallons
Selected 51 gallons at the app, but the pump stoped at 48 gallons.

Got money code, entered it at fuel pump, did not work. They still charged me for the gallons I was going to fuel, call them they said they cant do nothing about it until 3-5 business days.

They shut down 3 accounts already if you complain they shut you down. If you build points for discounts they shut you down. After you join if you get another phone and check prices you will see they are charging yoi 10-20 cents more then they are advertising even with gold tier silver tier etc it’s a scam stick with Mudflap
