Sick of their lame app
Club hours and special notices like holiday closings, etc should be easily seen when you open the app. No such luck. I always have to call to get such information. So stupid to leave basic information off the app!

10 Gym app is so convenient to find the class at the time you need. Sometimes I only have an hour in the middle of the day to work out, all I have to do is get on the app and see what classes are available. Whether it’s the swimming pool Or one of the mini classes available in the workout room I always have time to check the app. Thanks 10 Gym for making it so easy!

Best gym ever
I have the preferred membership and have been to all 10gym locations. They are all very clean, equipment always works and have the most friendly staff members. I love the app especially because you can easily sign up for classes, check in, and add classes directly to your calendar! I will be a member for life!

Y’all should have my email on file I don’t understand why you guys didn’t reach out to me before changing 180.

I JOINED THE MIDWEST CITY LOCATION NOT PONG BEFORE THE PANDEMIC AND YOU KEPT CHARHING MY ACCOUNT FOR MONTHS EVEN THOUGH I WASNT ALLOWED TO GO BECAUSE THE LOCATIONS WERE CLOSED!! DUE TO COVID-19, I WAS LAID OFF AND WITHOUT ANY INCOME COMING IN AND SO I HAD YO LOVE BACK HOME WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE I COULDNT EVEN MAKE MY RENT, CAR PAYMENT ETC. I CONTACTED YOU ALL AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THAT I COULDNT PAY YOUR MONTHLY FEE ANYMORE LET ALONE ALL MY OTHER BILLS. YOU REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME. YOU REFUSED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND YOU KEPT TAKING MONEY FROM ME AND THEN YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY TO CANCEL! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?!
