Ummm... Stolen?

This is literally nano ninja, a flash game on several sites, with a different main screen and developed for mobile... the actual game was created by rogerup on armor games. This should not be monetized. Does the “publisher” have the rights to copy this game and make it an app? I hate to ruin the game but it’s just an import of Nano Ninja...

I am enjoying this game very much. There is however one little thing that you can correct and that is, whenever the game is paused, I should be able to resume from that level and continue rather than having to begin again from level 1.
