Won’t move the grey blocks. Red and blue are fine but this has been a problem for a long time. Still isn’t fixed. Was fun until then

Fun but constantly being kicked out
I like this game. It's enjoyable and challenging. However, the app constantly kicks me off and ads will pop up in the middle of my gameplay, causing me to have to restart the level. I am very frustrated by constantly being kicked out. I have a friend who has the Note and she does not have the issue of getting kicked out but my iPhone does.

Crashes
I enjoy the game but it crashes a lot. Every now and then I can get through several levels before it crashes, but today I can't even do one and it's already crashed on me like 20 times or more. Please fix this.
Two Star
Was going great. Gave it 2 star cause I was enjoying the game. Some escape little weird no indication of what to do. I got to level 31 I saw red blue & green lines a ball already going thru green line. Tapped around a ball comes out on blue line. Watched for awhile they just rolled on their lines across each other in middle. Nothing. I tapped all around nothing. So I watched walk thru. They tapped red line that ball comes out. Then they rap again a ball comes out on blue line they cross in middle umm that puzzle solved... I went back started level over I did exactly what walk through said to do by way I watched several all same. But guess what I never had a ball come out on my red line!! To developers can you fix that? Tell me why??! Is there away around that. I have to delete because I cannot go on until it's fixed.
