About

100 Workout takes you from where you are now to 100 consecutive reps. TEST ONCE A single set to failure places you on the ladder. Not a plan built around a guess — the exact rung that asks for roughly what you can already do. Start at one rep or forty; the programme meets you where you are. FOLLOW THE PRESCRIPTION Every session is decided before you open it: how many sets, the reps for each, the rest between them. There is nothing to configure mid-workout and nothing to second-guess while you are catching your breath. RETEST, REBUILD Every fifth workout you reach a camp and test again. The ladder redraws around the new number — downward as readily as up. A bad month moves you back to where you actually are, which is the only place progress can start from. SIX EXERCISES, SIX LADDERS Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips, lunges and shoulder press. Take one or take all six. Each runs on its own track and advances on its own, and you can see exactly where you stand on each: the rungs behind you, the camp ahead, the summit at the end. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app runs the whole session. Start it on either device and both stay in step — log a set on your wrist and the phone moves with it, and the other way round. The rest timer taps you when it ends, so you can put the phone down. Finished sessions are saved to Apple Health. SOMETHING ELSE Benchmark workouts sit beside the programme, starting with twenty minutes of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats — as many rounds as you can. They are logged and they keep your streak, and they never move your ladder. NO WRONG PLACE TO BEGIN Under three pull-ups? You are routed to the 50 inverted row challenge first, which is how that strength actually gets built. Cannot do a single rep of something yet? You get a ladder of easier variations to work through, and none of those reps are counted against your total. BUILT TO GET OUT OF THE WAY Large type you can read from the floor a metre away. A rest timer that runs itself. Reminders only on the days they mean something. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No ads. No subscription. No in-app purchases. Your training record exists to shape your next workout, and nothing else.
