They don’t have a complete list of their locations. That’s pretty disappointing.

Other than needing an option for light or no sauce the app has worked great for us.

Doesn’t work
The app works fine until I have to add my payment. No matter what card I add, it tells me there’s an error. I was excited that there was an update to the app, because I had this issue with the old version as well. It works fine if I order from the website, but I can never add a card on the app.
You can order food, but...
Only preselected combos. You want a custom pizza? Nope. No longer offered. Go to the hut.
Incredible Pizza, Easy to use app
Not only does 1000° have the best pizza in my city, their app is easy to use and includes an sweet reward system to earn free food! I see 1000 Degrees restaurants popping up all over Texas and I’m happy they chose the lone star state!
Great Food
The Food is the best, I love it. The workers are very polite. I always go to the Greenhouse location in Katy, Tx. Order pull up and it’s ready!
Horrible apps
Not easy to use. Cannot redeem points in online order. Now I have to wait 24 hours for my points to be retuned cause the app opens the qrcode. I don’t have this problem with the pizza hut app.
Needs Work
I order over the phone all the time and when I saw that 1000 degrees what’s getting an app with rewards I was super stocked. Only to moments later being super let down. The app at times is not able to pull up my preferred location and when it does it it says that it’s not available. Other times when everything goes slightly OK, I get to the final moment to process my payment and it kicks me out similar to passengers on United Airlines.

I downloaded twice thinking it would work.Keeps giving me an error when trying to check out. Website does not carry over rewards. Should have same information in app and website. Does not encourage to try pizza without earning rewards. Very disappointing.

Alerts/Banners on iOS
I think the App is fine. Food is great. But why does app have to send alerts about recruiting people, points, etc so so often. It’s far and away the most noisy, non-social media, app installed on my iPhone. Tone it down.

Best Rewards System
I love 1000 Degrees Pizza and their reward system. It is easy to earn free food and they always have specials running. It makes ordering take out or delivery very easy. I highly recommend it!
App never loads
Only way to Earn points is on the app and the app will never load just gets stuck on the logo. Mentioned it in location and they pretty much just said “yea we know it never works”. Should probably make their loyalty program web based or phone number based so loyal customers can actually earn points.

Food is always good but the app is saying update even after updating.

Your app does not work. It tells me to update it but it won’t let me and it says I have the most updated one. But the food was great.
