The pizza is amazing here!! The Smokey Pollo is my absolute favorite. The staff is super friendly & courteous. I definitely recommend this place for your pizza night.

Love 1000 degrees, but the new app needs major work:
- Points did not transfer from the old app to the new one
- BYO Pizza only lets you select cheese and base sauce. Where are the topping options?!
If you want people to order direct instead of using DD or another delivery app, at least let us add toppings.

Lake City Location is Closed
Visiting Lake City and someone suggested the 1000 Degrees Pizza. I’d never tried it, so I went to the website, downloaded their app, selected the location and placed my order. Paid with cc and received confirmation and pick up time of 20 minutes. Showed up only to find this location has been closed for about a month! Why would the website and app not be current with status of their locations!

Missing Toppings
For the build your own pizza, the toppings list is missing very basic options such as pepperoni. Started an order and then deleted it since many toppings were not listed.
Points not transferred
I was told that my points will be transferred in 24 hours. It’s more than 3 days….
Where are my points?
I had many points on the other app. Where did they go?
