1000 Jigsaw Puzzles
I have been working these puzzles for probably eight years and just love it!
Since I got my new iPad I have been having problems with the screen freezing up. It didn’t start this till I got the new pad. Don’t know what to do to fix this. Other than that I enjoy this program immensely!
I am now unable to download new puzzles. There is an exclamation that appears at the bottom an it does not DL the puzzles. Don know what could be doing that but I would really like to have new puzzles. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong.

At least once a month, the ads we have to watch to get some puzzles, don’t work. Today it’s 2 puzzles out of 5. So thankful the people running the app couldn’t F-ing care to fix this.

6 months later, the ads required to download some of the puzzles still don’t work. 2 puzzles today. Do the people programming this app know what they are doing?
1) the photos don’t have people in them. It feels like one is wandering around cities after a virus wiped out the population.
2) some modules required you view an ad but the ads don’t always work so you can’t get the module.

Missing pieces
I use this games to make my on puzzles. However I an considering removing my app. The last three(3) puzzles have been missing pieces. Do not understand how this can happen on an e puzzle. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Does not work with iPhone iOS 15
Since the iOS upgrade to ios15, I cannot open the app any longer. I’m going to have to download a different jigsaw puzzle app. I’m very disappointed
Piece selection
Good update,but there is a problem when you go to get a piece out of the column several come out together.Please can you rectify this problem as it is very annoying. Thankyou
Updates are awful
See the reviews of the March 2021 updates, they are spot on. App suddenly loads deadly slow on a brand new iPad Air 2 with the most recent version of iOs. Can't set the tray to view edge pieces only - which was a nice way to check whether you had got them set correctly, as the rest of the pieces would stay hidden until you had completed the edge. No checks for completed puzzles, which is a nice feature for anyone who's worked as many of these as I have. Taken together, the "improvements" are the product of a game developer who's trying to find a way to get another paycheck, as opposed to real improvements to the interface. Major fail.

They are good to do with kids. I can adjust picture and size of pieces to my liking. Kids have to figure out what it is and where. Fun!!

The background was better before, light to dark made it easier to choose the color wanted.
When you enlarge the puzzle it covers the pieces in the tray.

Hate new update
Why do you take something that works great and make it worse?!
Used to love these puzzles ... now - not so much. Now, if u leave a puzzle and go back to it, you have to choose how many pieces again. Used to be able to see all the puzzles you completed on one page with a check. Also, you can no longer decide if you want all the side pieces to start or not. Format also is horrible as the puzzle pieces on the side are too big now. (And just to be picky..hate the new blue and orange color logo) Time to find another puzzle app.

Update WOW talk about a change...if you are tired of the same old puzzles...you will be pleasantly surprised..options ..rotation options..and choices ...every subject I could ask for I always tell everyone about how good it . Choosing a puzzle piece size...all I can say...is if this is your time using rotation. Use an easy puzzle. Not happy with not being Able e to shade the background colors. But over all this is the last puzzle you will ever need to get

Recent update is poor
The recent update to the app is a poor user experience. I won’t be using any longer.

You solved the Cons listed below but took away the ability to sort edge pieces from other pieces. NOT A pro...Definitely unfortunate for me.
Pros: love ability to use own pics without cost, multiple number of playing pieces per puzzle available, free to use and eliminate ads by paying, Cons: not very responsive to picking up a puzzle piece from tray or/and too touchy in that tray movement difficult to stop rotating if inadvertently started, tray too close to ads bar resulting in inadvertently hitting ads play arrow instead of grabbing puzzle piece and tray locked in place on side rather than bottom,(should have ad bar on side and puzzle piece tray on bottom), partial puzzle is easily unintentionally moved resulting in stray pieces disappearing under completed portion of puzzle, lose place in line of unused pieces when returning piece to tray resulting in inability to track which piece you’ve tried, tray locked in place on side rather than bottom. Despite cons it has kept my interest, decent app, fix the pick, drag and drop issues and it would be a “5”.

Clunky
What happened? This cite used to be so much better! Now it is slow and clunky. The pieces don’t move easily or smoothly. The sound effects are silly. Terrible changes to the “add puzzles” format. Overall, very inelegant.

Change is not always better.
Used to Love this puzzle app. Now, since the new update, I don’t love it as much. The changes stink. You used to be able to tap the piece to turn it to fit by making it a little harder. Now, that’s gone. Also, when you preview the picture, you used to be able to go back under “preview” to make the picture go away. Now, I can only move the picture to the far side of screen. Another change, when you go look at your puzzles and history, there used to be a check mark next the puzzle of the group that you have already done. Now, you have to click back and forth between your puzzles and the history to see which ones you have already finished. Annoying! Sometimes, change is not always better. 🙁
