Disappointed
This used to be my absolute favorite puzzle app. Great pictures, enjoyable times! I got a newer iPad and uploaded this app and I am so disappointed. It freezes, drops moves, resets without warning. You have no idea how frustrating it is to have almost finished a puzzle when it resets to 1/5 .
How to change piece size? 11/2025
Please help me. I’ve used this app using my own pictures for years with 252 pieces. I keep completed puzzles and restart my favorites. I get a lot of enjoyment from it. Today every puzzle was restarted. I reinstalled the app but now the pieces are huge! How can I at least choose how many puzzle pieces?

Why are certain puzzle packs Blocked?
New format
Have had this app for many years and have always loved it. Love doing jigsaw puzzles. But, the new format, not so much. Don’t like the pieces on bottom. Prefer the side. The background for the pieces slides around when trying to move from bottom to work puzzle or the screen is never big enough to accommodate the pieces. Therefor, I will have to delete the app I love the most. Seniors do not like change and this was too big of a change. Even send emails asking about this issue and never got a reply. That is poor service. Thank you for the years I enjoyed this app. Wish I could continue, but, you have made it to where I can not work this app with the ease of the other one.

Schöne App aber….
Seit einiger Zeit lässt sich, wenn neue Puzzle angeboten werden, die erste Fotoserie nicht laden. Schade, es gehen so schöne Puzzle verloren. Bitte Problem beheben. Leider wurde das Problem immer noch nicht behoben 😡

Forget downloading the best puzzles
Half of the puzzle packs will not download. You get a big red exclamation point every time you try. Send feedback, ask why, radio silence. They never respond to help or information requests, and they never fix the issue. It’s frustrating to be offered multiple free puzzle packs only to have the install blocked. Pick a different app until they fix this issue.

I can’t download puzzles anymore and this is my fav puzzle app. I get the red exclamation point of failure.
Company won’t reply
I have had this app for years and love it. Lately there are several puzzles I wanted to get. I click on it thinking it is gonna load. Instead a big red exclamation sign appears. I have clicked all over it and nothing. No information says it’s a pay one just nothing. I have written the the company THREE times asking what it means or how I get them. NOTHING. Just not I was getting new puzzles and 3 of 9 had the exclamation sign refusing me. This is very frustrating. HELP

Not as good as I remember
I had this app a long time ago and it was great on my 1st gen iPad mini. That iPad eventually broke and it was a while before I finally got my current iPad mini six. I remembered this app and re-downloaded it only to find that it no longer fits the screen of the iPad and hasn’t been updated in four years. It’s a shame because it was a really great app. It’s one of the only ones that doesn’t require a subscription and offers over 1000 pieces. I wish the developer would come back and update this app so that it fits the screen of the iPad because it has so much potential. I also would love to have the tray on the left-hand side of the iPad because I am left-handed.

I really like this app but your customer service is very lacking. I have emailed you 3 times on 2 separate occasions because I can’t download new puzzles. Instead I get an exclamation point over the bottom of the puzzle. I have gotten no response from the site.
Downloading
When you tap on the photo you want to download it won’t allow it to be downloaded. It come back with a red question mark. Not sure why this happens. Can it be fixed.?

I really like this app but new puzzles are not added very often so I work the same ones over and over. I find this disappointing.

Puzzles locked!!
Why do I get an ! On some puzzles when I try to open them and then it won’t let me open it. Very annoying
LOVE THIS APP BUT!
Thé app times out all the time. It was not doing that initially. I have done at least 100 puzzles without a problem. This has just been happening for the last month or so. Very disappointed with what I loved as an app. When it times out all the moves made are gone.
! Error
Each time 3 new puzzles are added, the 3rd one will not download. It gives a symbol with a white exclamation mark in a red circle. This has been happening for a few weeks.
Crashes
The puzzles are fun to do however the app crashes and zaps the fun out of it. I’ll be happily making progress when all of a sudden the app disappears and loses a LOT of that progress. My OS is up to date. I hope it gets fixed soon. I would also like to see the puzzle pieces in the side bar be a little bigger.

I have the same problem as another reviewer. The puzzles are great but the app keeps crashing in the middle of play. I lose pieces in places I’ve already found once. It’s infuriating so I’ll wait for an upgrade before I play again.
