Good app.
Very user friendly app. AI search detects a person with no errors. My favorite part is being playing back all 16ch synced all the time. I love Korean recorders!!
Rubbish!
We had a cctv system put in by ADT which uses the Sequrinet app to view. This was a pre-requisite for us but it is proving to be so fragile, dropping out and frustratingly difficult to reinstate. We have deleted the app, deleted the device, reinstalled the app and installed the device so many times, it is just so unreliable and we cannot get help from the company as it says we must go through ADT whose guys don’t really know what to do either. I would not use ADT or this system if installing again.

Just dreadful
This app is used in conjunction with my cctv system supplied by ADT. I have had the use of it for eight months. It is possibly the worst mobile application I have ever used. It can take over 5 mins to load (but it won’t load in the background so you need to stick with it), and that’s if it connects at all - it seems 4g or a full WiFi signal from a home router sometimes isn’t enough.
I have emailed the “support team” asking if there is an update I have missed perhaps or if there is anything I can adjust in the settings, but I’m yet to receive a response. Hopefully the developers will see this review and check their inbox!

The app needs to be updated so that settings can be updated or edited once entered.
