Locks out after 3 registrations
Have had the cards for a few years. Changed phone now it won’t unlock after 3 changes.
Problems activating serial number
I purchased the cards and used it once with the app. Tried again later and it won't accept my serial number, saying it can't get an internet connection. Awaiting response from company website.
Help!
You updated and now the app is requesting my code again and won't accept the one I have. I just used it with students yesterday and was left scrambling when I tried to use it today.
Partial functionality
Cool idea, interesting to my child, but can't get any audio to work.
