“Not in Our System”
The past few times we’ve tried to use this app we’ve been charged for our order, but when we go to pick it up we were told the order is not in the system. It has happened at both locations, Heights and Nob Hill. Staff always works quickly to rectify the situation, though. Love the food, love the people. Just wish the app worked.
