Logged out after latest update and can’t get back in
After your latest update I was logged out and not cannot get logged back in. I have to use the browser version which is less than convenient. This is needed for my job and nothing but an issue now.Chicago1151

Not functional
This app is so clunky for instructors. No easy way to socialize class swaps broadly. After you’ve very manually asked for swaps, it’s not straightforward to actually execute the swap. Comms are chaotic. We should have kept Slack.Hahsidbaoq1245
Makes my job easier!
We use NetGym for our 16 location Association… that’s over 1100 classes/week with over 350 instructors!
This APP does so much to make my job easier. Danny and Danielle have created an intuitive and user-friendly APP that seasoned and new instructors find easy to use.
From an administrator perspective, I love having access to the reports, metrics, ‘messages’, and resource page. And, because I am on the go (and not always at my desktop) the integration of these features from my hand-held device has been a game-changer.
Thank you for creating this APP, your eagerness for feedback, your ever-present responsiveness, and the steady flow of improvements and new tools (it’s like Christmas every quarter!) It is a pleasure to work with your company and your platform!!Show lesstrixie la rue
Intuitive system, easeful for users
It’s not too good to be true: Net Gym really does solve subbing communication issues! The app is super convenient and easy to use. The opt-in / opt-out feature is great and it allows you to choose push alerts or text messages. The chat feature is GOLD and the developers are super responsive. Ok...
It takes forever to load sub requests, you’re not able to edit locations or your skills without a manager approval, but our GFMs are BUSY let the instructors change these tiny details so we can more effectively help one another out. Other than that the app is fairly easy to use.Eiectum

Hi Eiectum - Thank you for the feedback. Sorry you are having trouble with some of the settings in the account. I'd recommend connecting with your group fitness manager to express your concerns about the profile setup. While we understand the delay, please note the managers control such settings and permissions.
