Good game but I think there is cheating with some teams from certain countries
  • Bidding on equipment

I’ve been playing for a while now, when bidding on the equipment I am bidding against a computer generated opponent and the valuation of thing is sky high, 48,000,000 for a pair of 3 starred boots. Most things are there or there about with costs, it’s ridiculous. I know the makers probably don’t read or take note of these complaints but I just had to make my views known to would be managers of the future. THANKS FOR NOT READING SWEET NITRE SL

  • Wildly inconsistent. Nothing like football.

I’ve been playing this game for close to a year and it has gotten worse and worse. You can win a game 7 to 0, then within a minute tie 1 to 1.
The sim has something built in it to always try and level weaker teams with stronger teams.
The way the sim is set up now it favors repeatedly lobbing the ball at the keeper from distance or kicking it out to steal it from the ensuing free kick.
Look elsewhere there are far more realistic and consistent sims.

  • Not a patch on the Rugby and American Football Versions

I have been playing the game for several months, and have generally found it to be frustrating as opposed to fun. The issues I had with the game as as follows:

1 - Adverts. In the two sister games there are no adverts, however every time I login I have to go through a handful of adverts. Just generally annoying as the other games do not have them.

2 - Access to new players. As with the sister games, new players are available via the auction house. Unlike its compatriots, the auction house in Football Manager is extortionate. I have found it nigh on impossible to assemble a reasonable squad. In fact have struggled to carry more than 3 defenders and 2 strikers.

This is due to a significant number of players from the Middle East pumping a lot of real life cash into the game, and ‘paying to win’. Although ironically an accurate depiction of the sport as a whole, not much fun in an app.

3 - Game engine isn’t great. When I first started playing, there wasn’t an offside rule for example. Setting tactics is clunky and inefficient.

4 - Developing players. I’m very much a long build player. Build infrastructure to enable stronger performances later on through superior training and resources. The problem here is that the information on player stats and what they do is counter-intuitive. Not helpful at all.

5 - Devastating update. The recent update wiped out 75% of the current seasons fixtures. It was the final straw as I lost all progress in the league.

All in all, 2 stars. Just not a good game

  • Unrealistic. It's a joke

This game is a total joke. Training is a joke compared to Top11. No way to train marking, positioning, shooting, crossing, agility, fitness etc as you can in top 11. Even if you spend money to make a highly rated team, you can still lose most of your matches each season. Terms are incorrect.. e.g. instead of "throw in" it says "line out". March graphics are clunky, and why do the opposition always score diagonally to my left hand post? Clearly a bug. Developers must be American cos they know sweet F A about football. Stay clear of the game .. download Top11 cos it's sheer class.

  • Can't exit ads

I understand the ads make the game free to play, but when the run and finish you can't exit out of them. Fix the game!!!!!!!!
  • Game doesn't work due to adverts!

This game could be fantastic however you can't do anything due to adverts every couple of 'clicks'!! Sometimes the adverts dont load so you just have to close the game down.

The rugby version of this game is fantastic and plays brilliant however this one is rubbish.

    Sort it out!

  • Good but some mistakes

It's a really good game similar to rugby manager, but they call a throw in a line out
