Could definitely use a few improvements
App is often slow to load calendars (also a huge problem with the desktop web app) and sometimes doesn’t respect absence start/end times (for example, taking three days of starting in a morning and finishing in the evening often results in the app changing the dates). iOS 13 is already here, so dark mode at least would be great.

Crash heavy
Crashes constantly when I try to view team or overview of my absences.
Very limited app vs website
It would be nice to be able to approve and decline vacation request via the app for managers.
