I’ve been ripped off!! Stay clear go Big Fish Games!!
I purchased this game a year or so ago but now big fish says I didn’t! I have checked other big fish games I have purchased and they all say I didn’t buy them!! Other problem with big fish they Don’t update the games so they no longer play clear on my iPad. I am contacting apple I want my money back it should be a couple of hundred dollars by now.Bobsjan
Excellent!!
While this game may be on the shorter side, it’s amazingly good.
So often the voice acting in HO games are pure cringe but not this time and the artwork was wonderfully creepy and detailed.
Whoever did the artwork for Lilith created one of the best and truly scariest looking characters I’ve ever seen in a Big Fish game thus far. She always made my stomach drop when she’d come on screen.
Other than that, it was the perfect mix between HO puzzles and non-HO, which is the most important aspect I always judge an HO game by. Some of them get really heavy handed with the non-HO puzzles and those puzzles are definitely not why I buy HO games.Dejeanli

Big ripoff!
So much for pay once and own it forever. Deleted the game after I purchased it. A year later wanted to play it again so I downloaded it and hit the already purchased and guess what? It had no info for my account. Big shock!Sexysteelerfan
Good, but short
Very short. You could tell you were just blowing through it. And the bonus chapter was also brief. But all in all a good game for the price.Really? All the names taken?
Purchase Conditional
If you purchase any game from Big Fish Games, purchases stay with the device it was purchased on. I upgraded my iPad and lost purchases, including downloads, when I attempted to download purchased games. I’m in the US, and on Big Fish Games, the US flag is not even an option. Pretty good
I spent money and several hours playing this game and it was very enjoyable. However on the last task where you retrieve the letter opener from James’ dossier I was not able to select it so therefore I cannot finish the game. The developers either do not or will not assist me with the issue and told me to contact Apple.... Apple did not develop this game. I am very disappointed in the lack of support on this problem. I have purchased many games from Big Fish and this is the first time I have asked for help and I got nothing.Jutoro

Started playing and then was hit with a $6.99 purchase price to continue. Sorry, but that’s too much. Especially when other people are paying $2.99. Complete turn off.Hollywould3

Frustrating game play
This game has, by far, the worst touch controls I’ve experienced with a Big Fish production. Throughout the game, including bonus chapter, it was necessary to touch multiple times on an object to select it, and frequently it was necessary to touch a little off to the left of the object. This behavior made all HOGs very tedious, particularly the ones where the clue is an amorphous outline and you’re not 100% you’ve chosen the correct item. But it wasn’t just the HOGs, it was the puzzles, items going into the inventory, collectibles, etc.
It’s unfortunate, because the game itself is entertaining.Doud_in_FtC
