  • Ridiculous

Okay the story lines of Big Fish's fantasy series seem to get more and more ridiculous, and this version of goldilocks and bears has to be an all time storyline low. I'm a man, I'm a bear, my mom is goldilocks, my dads a bear hunter, I'm chasing after someone named Morgana, I need spells to be human, I don't know why my mom is haunting me. Look, I've played all of them - fairies to elves to ballerinas - and on this one I just keep rolling my eyes. It's preposterous and worse, makes game play totally illogical. Rather than the story unfolding with clues and puzzles, solving mystery, I'm just hitting the hint button utterly confused about tasks and totally irritated by anonsensical story line. Well made, a little hokey on the visuals, and HOs are smooth, but unless you're drunk, skip it.

  • So far fun game

But I do hate it when it keeps asking for reviews
  • Barely There, Goldilocks!

Living Legends: Wrath of the Beast seems to be an interesting twist on the legend of Goldilocks. You are her son, and you find that she was supposedly killed by bears. You are now trying to aid your father in fighting off bears, with the help of your mother's ghost. There are two kinds of bears. One version is painted, and those bears are magical. You discover that a human who kills a magic bear will have 13 years of bad luck. As you attempt to brew a potion to aid a human, you also find yourself healing the soul of a deceased bear. Should you help these bears? You must decide. The Hint and Skip button work well, and you get a Transporting Map. There are Morphing Objects to collect. The puzzles are varied and fun. I was particularly excited by the Bear Doll House puzzle. You must discover items by their shadows and use them in the scenes to uncover more items. I am not very far into the story, but I have already purchased this little gem. Bear fun!

  • Really good game

Thanks Darcy, I bought it on your recommendation. I enjoyed the story and the minnie games. I also enjoyed the price. The only negative was that the Guide tended to crash the game occasionally.
  • Love this series!

Another excellent game in the living legends series. Lots of scenes, heaps of items to pick up and place, lots of areas to explore, good puzzles and fun achievements. Thanks for an awesome game - looking forward to the next in the series!
  • Awful

Two things-one it is a puzzle game, not hidden object. I have found a number of BF games that claim to be hidden objects that have one HO for every 10-12 puzzles. Second, most of the time you have to hit hint or punch all over the screen to find what to do next. Truly a frustrating experience all around.

  • Nice easy going game

Liked the graphics, story segments were short enough, puzzles a bit too easy yet enjoyably different. HOS were made of a variety of approaches which was more interesting. Being a bear was fun. Wish I had a companion/animal/creature who helped me cause that adds some dimension. And it was too short! I wanted more. But definitely worth the low price thanks!

  • Very good game

For what it cost I expected it to be ok but not as good as it has turned out. I really like it, it's long and has good puzzles also hardly any boring HOS in it the ones it has are made to be interesting with different things to do. Worth it.
  • Wonderful

This game is absolutely superb. Beautiful graphics, enchanting story, good variety in the HOGs and puzzles, map and collectible runes which are not always easy to find. Good long play time and a long bonus chapter. No glitches and I have played through entire game. A 5 star rating for this one.
