You can use KOMI Doc Mobile whenever you need to access an important business documents (*), while on the go. Very easy to use, KOMI Doc Mobile for iOS offers you the following features: • View all your documents present in your KOMI Doc DMS • Find your documents in a matter of seconds thanks to a powerful and intuitive search engine • File and share your photos with your co-workers • Save your files on your mobile terminal in order to access them in offline mode • Use the dashboard to directly access your favorite files and documents or to follow the discussion threads associated with these documents • View pending tasks and process documents subject to workflows, even when you are on the go (*) These documents must first be archived in the KOMI Doc DMS platform. Different types of files are supported: - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Image files (png, jpeg, tiff, gif, bmp, …) - Video files (mov, mp4, …) - Other formats …
