The order pad app doesn't work when we need it to. We've been trying to get the issues resolved with Cake Support and SysCo for more than 8 months, and it isn't getting better. As soon as the dining room starts getting busy, the Order Pad app disconnects from the terminal. Our servers have to carry paper and pencil with them at all times to complete orders when (not if) the app crashes. Orders get lost before printing in the kitchen causing double work. Orders get lost after printing in the kitchen causing lost revenue. Credit cards get double billed causing unhappy customers. Cake Support tries to be helpful, but do not have the training to deal with technical application problems.
