Works great

This program works great for our company. It has all the communication tools we desired, awards and recognitions, and other benefits we were not expecting. The support is phenomenal and access on the app and desktop was seamless.

Bad Support. Not useable. Waste of time.

Company uses portal web browser version and saw they offer iOS app. Download app and use same credentials that I use on browser. Kicks back saying my company does not use service. Email support with company info and they say my company does not have service. Screenshot me using their service. They respond screenshot the error. Screenshot the error they just say contact my HR. What an absolute waste of time.

Login Problems

The App will not allow me to log in. I can get onto the website with the same credentials... hmmm. I feel like I would be more willing to use the service if there was a working app. Just saying.
