ETC - It's like cancer
Once a commercial building installs their system it grows like a cancerous growth on your back. The only support you have is from ETC itself, want to upgrade your system? Good luck, you may as well replace everything. Just the fact that you have to pay $3 to setup basic functionality says it all. Something breaks, get ready to throw thousands of dollars in the bin to get someone from ETC to provide support.
The application works, but considering you're spending a quarter million for a basic system; it had better work.

Horizontal faders are terrible
This app is generally okay, but the horizontal faders for setting levels is very badly implemented, since it’s very hard not to swipe to the next page when trying to set a dimmer level. Did the developer actually test this on a phone? This, combined with various other inconsistent bugs, makes for a very frustrating experience when commissioning an Echo system. I recommend using ETC Concert on a PC instead, if you have an Ethernet module in the system. If not then this mobile app is the only option.
