Useless since the last update May 2018
Having loyally updated this App, the 'new' version will not connect to either UK or Germany servers at all. Previously, there was never a problem with connectivity. If it isn't fixed very soon, will have seek an alternative VPN (14May). Tried a different protocol as requested, but that did not change the situation (27 May). Uninstalled, reinstalled and changed protocol to 'Deprecated' as suggested, and now works for UK server (but not apparently for Germany). At last it is back working. I must say that the developer has been very responsive, and has a better customer service attitude than many if not most developers I have ever had to deal with! uninstall it , then reboot phone, then install it, have a try please. I guess the vpn profile has broken, so rebuild it by rebooting.Provider

Currently in Dubai and using the AppVPN to access UK websites. Unfortunately I’m not having any success, even though the VPN is set to the UK region the website still recognizes I’m outside the UK.Brin29

Perhaps it's ip Geolocation data problem. You can use OvpnSpider, which have lots of UK servers.I still can’t get contact
