Easy to use. I really like the details of the loads. Time punched in, time punched out to tell me how long I’ve been with the load. Snapshot of the ticket to go back to if I want. I really like as soon as I complete the load it gives me the $$$ amount of how much I made for that load and all loads at the end of the day.

Is there any way this app can show prices per load , or per ton for drivers??! If so. Please do so
Always tracking you
Why must this app only work when tracking locations is set to always on? Why can’t you punch in with tracking set to “only while using the app? The app already has a function that doesn’t allow you to close it while you are punched in, so why must users surrender their location data when they are not punched in? Is TRUX selling the data they collect to 3rd parties? YES THEY ARE!

Suggestion
Wish you would improve on the mapping by allowing to select what mapping software I can use I.e instead of using Apple Maps allow where I can select to use google maps
Thieving from drivers
This ap is crap they do not display rates for drivers so if you pay your drivers a percentage and are not honest this is for you
We need notifications for a new schedule jobs
I have to keep refreshing the app to see new jobs and the app is so buggy that even freezes my iPhone 12 Pro. Please fix it and get us new jobs notifications.
Location tracking
The app forces you to ALWAYS give permission of your location. They know day and night where you go and that doesn’t protect my privacy. I’ll be glad when I get a new job so I don’t have to put up with this.
