Always tracking you
Why must this app only work when tracking locations is set to always on? Why can’t you punch in with tracking set to “only while using the app? The app already has a function that doesn’t allow you to close it while you are punched in, so why must users surrender their location data when they are not punched in? Is TRUX selling the data they collect to 3rd parties? YES THEY ARE!
Trux is collecting your photos, txt messages, call history, browser data and more. None of that data is required for the app to run as it is intended to run. TRUX is a scam

Wish you would improve on the mapping by allowing to select what mapping software I can use I.e instead of using Apple Maps allow where I can select to use google mapsshdhdhdjdhsb

We need notifications for a new schedule jobs
I have to keep refreshing the app to see new jobs and the app is so buggy that even freezes my iPhone 12 Pro. Please fix it and get us new jobs notifications.Batifish
Location tracking
The app forces you to ALWAYS give permission of your location. They know day and night where you go and that doesn’t protect my privacy. I’ll be glad when I get a new job so I don’t have to put up with this.Skyhigh557789
Need improvement
I like the app in general BUT the app keep tracking your location even when you are not using it, So Trux know all my movements working or not. I tried to set the location permission “Only while using the app” but Trux’s team don’t allow this. They keep asking you for permission until you set it to “Always use my location“ or you can’t use the app properly.
I take care of my privacy and for me, this is a very annoying issue.Show lessroucoJose
