Worthless
After receiving this as a gift I installed it as per the instructions however I also had to use you tube to get it to actual connect. After being connected for one full hour it alerted me that it was no longer connected therefore it wasn’t working. I have tried to reconnect it for the last three hours with no success! This is a useless instrument and I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY IT ! Waste of moneyShow lessTambone1970
Horrible product
Takes forever to connect and then they stay offline. Makes me wonder if I need to destroy them in case someone else is viewing since I can’t. Rating zeroTr0812798

Am i happy that this app doesn't have micro transactions to use basic functions of a home camera that i already spent money on? Absolutely
At face value the app might not look like much but if you are smart enough to get it hooked up to your camera it is good. One thing i wish that it had was one of those beginner "walk through's" a lot of apps have nowadays. I mean yes you can figure out what symbols do what if you just go through and push buttons but it would be nice to have the developer add some footnotes saying "hey this is how you can turn an alarm on for motion detection" or "this is how you rotate your camera" but there is kind of a charm to apps that are like this, almost like a hidden gem from the 2010's where you get to be detective and figure out how to work everything!Show lessMslayer47
I figured out
I screwed the camera in the light socket but dummy me that I forgot to turn on the switch. Maybe that why people have issues connecting device. Just a tip from my mistake.kharacol
Lacks funtionality…
This app is not fully functional i say that because i had one camera setup originally but i wanted yo enable multiple cameras but the camera ID its the sameas the very first one which i find is stupid it should enable multiple cameras on the app but the app wont allow it so whsts the point trying to secure my house with this shocking app they need to enable multiple camera connectivity even trying to set up one camera is a missionShow lessjohno hound
Horrible product disappointed and Sad
I really want to know why are people so excited about this product. I got these cameras 24 hours ago. I was able for 2 hours to see my property through the camera. Now the cameras are always showing offline. This is the worst. I can’t even open the video on the app to the cameras. What is the point in even trying to protect oneself. As a single female in the city this was supposed to give me peace of mind. It is giving me more to stress about. I would give 0 stars if I could.Show lessK.I.a Legz

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews they just rating it just to get you download the app. Even if you do the steps correctly it won’t even connect. Don’t even know why would you make a hotspot camera that like asking for your product and app to be called terrible. I have a doorbell camera and that was easy to set up straight through but this even when I connect to it hotspot it doesn’t even work. That why I am saying the 5 star reviews are fake.Show lessjdgandy

Disappointing
Got this to work with a couple of cameras. Worked great for first day or so then keeps buffering or forgets camera and needs reset. Now won’t even reset. Think it needs a major upgrade.What happened to a great game
