This is one of the most addictive solitaires around. I just wish that when I mute the sound on my iPad that the app wouldn’t play the ads at full volume by resetting the volume settings.Not Fairfax

When I was a kid, over 50 years ago, I played a game with actual cards we called "Italian" solitaire. I could not find a game app for it but came across Russian solitaire. It is the exact same game I used to play. It was much harder to win than regular solitaire but a nice variation. Playing on my iPad is much easier than with real playing cards, because you have to move stacks of cards and lay them out again. Sometimes the cards would shift a little out of place. On the iPad all the cards below the one you are moving are shifted in one neat pile. It is still a hard game to win but after about an average of 7 to 10 games, more or less, you will be dealt a winning hand. It's mostly the luck of the draw but skill also is a factor. Russian solitaire is addictive and this app allows you to play repeated games. My only complaint is the length of the advertising that loads immediately when you click on the link to open the app.Angylinni
