My iDisk doesn’t connect with the app
I have my old iDisk 32G and I wanted to use it for travel. I’ve used it with my previous iPhone XR or might was 6s which was working perfectly. On my current iPhone 14 does not work, doesn’t connects. What is the point releasing the device which works only a year or so? You should’ve worn people that is disposable and needs to be binned after a while.

Idiskk pro is not connected
I was using it to check my old files and after 15 minutes it wont let go back and showing “idiskk pro is not connected”. Does it mean I lost all the files? 😡 I've been trying to open it again it just sayong the same thing. What should I do!?
After Version 4.2.22
After version 4.2.22 it now Crashes when playing videos, either off memory stick or App. Plays for about 5 minutes then turns itself off. Never done it before, and it still plays audio as it always has.
Can play video off memory stick on other devices…..

I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with these idiots. Drive does not work and says iDiskk not connected. I’ve bought 2 of there for nearly £100 and they are useless. When plugging into the phone it’s recognised and asks to Allow or Ignore communication.. if I click allow it then just shows “iDiskk not connected” so angry STAY AWAY-DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Doesn’t work with updated iOS
This was working ok on my iPhone 11 (although many times it would kick me off) but with my new iPhone 13, it won’t recognize this device at all. :( needs an update!
It Deleted Everything
I had this flash drive for years and was keeping my pics and vids on it well today I went to add to it and it deleted everything I had on there and I have no idea why or what happened but I'm ticked off about it! Not to mention sad.
Problems with iDiskk Pro Music player
I’ve been using my iDiskk R004 for years, as a music player, but there seems to be capacity problems. The “shuffle” feature does not restore to new choices, it always plays the same selections in the same order. Clearing the cache in the settings menu does not create a whole new playlist. Manually selecting a song will play that song but within a few songs the player reverts to the same shuffle list. The player also just hangs up, stops playing. My iPhone says that it has lost connection with the iDiskk device.
From a convenience standpoint, it would be nice if the file list would display the last file played. “Pro” goes to the very first file, so scrolling always starts with file number 1.

Used to work, now it’s useless
I’m really gutted as this used to work PERFRCTLY until a few months ago, I guess an iOS update stopped it working properly and the app developer clearly doesn’t care as it hasn’t been updated in a year. My USB stick still works, but it’s useless because it won’t work with my iPhone anymore because the app just crashes every time I try to load anything into it. I would never buy an iDiskk product again after this, which is a shame as previously I was recommending it to everyone, but if the software is unreliable then what’s the point.

Not working on iPhone 12
I was going to purchase a couple more, lucky I didn’t. It’s not working, I stopped recommending iDiskk / idrive. I will have to for another brand, unless iDiskk pro fixes this issue. That remains to be seen
Stop the advert
Please stop the advert that runs each time I open the app.
Also the drive does not work with iOS Files app - I bought this MFI certified drive to work with Files so I am disappointed that the app does not support it.
