  • App is a crap

    I set the app few times. It loses the device frequently and then I have to delete the app and again set up.
    This time after I installed everything, I am not able to set up the app. Tried few times deleting re installing , resetting all the possible fixes. No luck.
  • Lights turn on/off at wrong times

    Lights are set to turn on at a specific time and off at a specific time. However, does not do that even though times are correct. Emailed company, no response.
  • Changed modem

    We changed the modem at the house and now it won’t connect for more then 10 seconds. I push the reset button and go through the set up and same thing. 10 seconds and disconnect. Fix it please
  • Setup difficult

    Constantly runs into problems connecting after power outages, change in modem/routers. Impossible app, needs a facelift. Won’t complete connection, I see my router , says “No connection”
  • Got the railing and the led lights, disappointed with the app

    App works, has good features, BUT, when you turn the lights off, there is no indication in the app that the lights are off!
    Meaning, for some reason, probably reconnecting WiFi, for unknown reason, and is a day light not night, dark, you can not be sure that they are off, unless you fiscally go beneath the railing and see.
    Sent an email, few years back, and shared the issue, just add on/off button which changes when they are on or off, but... no reply!
    Seems no one cares about the app, do not make money from it :-)
    Updates ones a year :-)
    And try do go to the “App Support” link, will show 404 message error, page does not exists :-)
    AND once installed (the LED lights) with the aluminum railing, you are stuck with them, and THIS APP. No alternatives!

  • Using the Peak Lighting App

    I cannot figure out how to set-up the daily off/on schedule. Can someone enlighten me?
  • Annoying startup message and syncing out of alignment.

    So if you have more than 1 kit hooked up ( I have 3) The syncing of the lights degrades after a few minutes, and what I mean by that is if you have them changing colour by fading and you have red,blue,pink setup, both sets start out with red, then fade to blue and pink but after about 5 minutes one of the sets of lights is now ahead of the other by about 2 seconds so they are out sync. The 2nd thing is the annoying message the pops up when starting the App “ We notices you are not connected to a wireless network. Are you seeking up a new peak wifi controller.” It should know I am connected to my network and not prompt me every time, very annoying. The third thing I don’t like is that if you have the following colours set up using jump: red white blue pink green and turn it on, the colour pink never turns on, the other colours work but pink never appears in this combination, but works when you select pink by itself.

  • Missing one thing

    We love the effect but the app doesn't play any of the music when you use Apple Music only when using music you've purchased. I canceled my Spotify account and changed it to an Apple Music account just to use this and I was extremely disappointed to learn that it doesn't work with Apple Music please fix at least this. I know it's hard to make the app work with Spotify or YouTube but Apple Music should be easy enough.

  • Had some issues but once connected love it

    Haven't tried all the features yet but looking forward to it.
  • Connection issues

    Works well when connected directly to the peak wifi controller, but the app crashes every time I try to sync with my router. Very happy with the lighting system overall, hopefully this issue is addressed is an update.
