It won’t let me log in…. Reset password, delete the app, try again on the whole cycle…. Considering the price tag of the car, maybe have less glitches? Oh well…. Delete again…

It’s a shame that I paid so much money to buy a car like this and the app is so messed up that I can’t even open it on my phone. Most cars that are sold under 60k have a functioning app. I will not buy another Bentley. To much money to less luxury

Better apps out there
Other manufacturers have much better apps. It’s quite limited. Can’t even remotely turn on the air con/heating. This is pretty bog standard these days, expected more from a very premium brand.

Worst car app ever
One would think that at Bentley they can design a great car and develop an App that works seamlessly together. Unfortunately the App is useless, very limited and half of the time it does not work. Getting the “special” code to enable to car connection to the App makes you believe you are in for something special, super disappointed. Even a entry level 25K car has a better App. Suggest that Bentley hires a 3rd party software company that can create a new App for them that does not feel ancient similar to when the IPhone was first launched, at a minimum make the UI better and reliability.
