Loving the app
Great app to use on my device with wifi connected with its good when I’m out the house and I can see everything on my iPhone highly recommended to have and safe to use thank you
Fickle
App worked reasonably well until last update now it won’t let me review footage from last 20 minutes it keeps jumping back at least half an hour or more and won’t let you view something that just happened
App no longer works if phone is using mobile network
This app has worked ok although at times it has stopped working. The latest issue is that it no longer works if phone or tablet is using mobile network. The phone needs to be connected to a wireless network. This defeats the purpose of the app.
Keeps crashing
Keeps crashing and won’t work for a while at all. Constantly need to delete and load the app.

Can’t even login
This is the second time the apps is down, can even login at all what’s happening ??? Is there any chance use the other apps or definitely I’m not gonna use Uniden cctv camera and switch to other brand
App not working again
We can view through the TV but the phone app is not working again. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and restarting my phone. Very disappointing and frustrating. Phone support people are always pleasant and do their best to help but sometimes the only option is to keep waiting until things somehow fix themselves.

Uniden Live camera phone app
Has not been updated for 3 years i constantly get the “unable to connect” message yet the system is working fine. It has been good otherwise but I am truely disappointed with the performance
Uniden Guardian
I have been using this app for approx. 2 years . Originally it was always buggy and intermittently would not connect to my cameras for remote viewing . It is now completely useless and I am unable to get it to connect at all . If uniden cannot be bothered to update their app to support their product then I can't be bothered to buy their products in the future !

Over this app
UNIDEN you seriously need to UPDATE THIS APP... U still have this app on app store but hasn't been updated in years.... Your app doesn't work outside of home. I can't check cameras while out n that's frustrating. No point in having an app that doesn't work and your customer service team have no idea. Im at the stage where I want to but another brand of cameras (swann) etc because i know the apps for these actually work when your not at home.
