Great start
There are three factors in fermentation: how much salt, how much mash/brine is used, and finally what percentage results. Currently the only option is to input percentage and brine to get the resultant salt needed. It would be even handier if this was a “any two of three” type calculator.
For example if I see a recipe that says X grams of salt in Y liters of water, it would be easy to determine “Z,” what percentage of salt is in the brine. That would make it very easy to adapt the recipe to say, a 12oz jar for a small taste batch.
