Gen 2 widget disappeared with iOS 18
The widget for gen 2 is gone after updating to iOS 18! Please add it back!
No longer connecting to home wifi
For the past few weeks the app no longer connects to the WiFi, which means all the scenes set up to automatically raise and lower the blinds are no longer activated. Have tried closing app, logging out, etc. to no avail. Pretty usesless now
Widgets don’t work with Gen 2 Home
The new iOS widgets only work with Gen 3 Homes. PLEASE FIX
iOS 18 removed Gen 2 widgets
They need to add back widget functionality for PowerView Gen 2 homes. iOS 18 removed the old widget and now only supports Gen 3 hubs. Please fix!
Too many bugs
This app is unusable for anything other then basic control because other wise something breaks and you have to completely start over again. Oh you want to make it so that your blind doesn’t try to pull it through itself because the scenes changed what I called open. Too bad start over again.

Full of bugs - settings not remembered on change/save.
Scenes in Alexa app
Newly created scenes are not available in the Alexa app, which in turn renders newly fitted blinds not fit for purpose, although existing blinds seem to be operating fine using existing scenes.
Have tried a workaround mentioned on an App Store review which mentioned using Routines > Smart Home in the Alexa app, however newly created Scenes do not appear here either, and also not searchable.
Using v2 hub in UK.

Useless
Unstable, continual resets required. Frequently fails to connect
Blinds are great but App is terrible
Brand new setup installed today and I’ve spent more time trying to leverage all the features than I cared to. The gateway needs constant refreshing even though it appears to always reconnect to the blinds without issue. The Apple Watch feature is not working. Their is no widget option in the app even though the support pages shows this option. A lot of bugs and these issues unfortunately defeat the purpose of having any of the smart features because you cannot utilize anything as you should be able to. Remotes and basic opening operations in the app are the only thing that actually works as it should. Really disappointing and hoping I don’t regret this expensive purchase due to lack of properly functioning “smart” features.

Needs improvement
All other home automation apps I have that work in conjunction with hubs are seamless; they operate identically whether I’m at home attached to my own WiFi network or elsewhere. This does not. It should.
Also, the hub light is very annoying. The left side of the scale should mean Off. it doesn’t. You can’t turn the light off completely.
