About

HundredHz is a lightweight tool to help ease motion sickness, inspired by public research on low-frequency sound and inner-ear balance. When you feel uneasy in a car, boat, or plane, put on your headphones, pick a sound, and listen for about a minute to relax and ease travel discomfort. SOUND LIBRARY All synthesized on-device, clean and precise: • 100Hz otolith tone (recommended, a research-based low tone) • 50Hz / 150Hz low tones • White noise, pink noise (relax, sleep) • 100Hz + white noise (layered) GUIDED BREATHING An optional breathing guide: inhale 4s, hold 2s, exhale 6s, with a ring that scales to your breath. Slow, deep breathing can itself help with nausea. ADJUSTABLE DURATION 1 / 3 / 5 minutes. Stops automatically, or stop anytime. SESSION HISTORY Every listen is logged — see your day streak, total sessions, and minutes. MOTION-SICKNESS TIPS Built-in guidance: why motion sickness happens, practical tips to feel better, and notes on the 100Hz research. THOUGHTFUL DETAILS • Headphones recommended for better low-frequency reproduction • A flowing waveform while playing, with a clear Stop button • Plays through headphones even with the silent switch on • Stops automatically on a call or when headphones are unplugged • English and Chinese, following your system language PLEASE NOTE HundredHz is a relaxation and comfort aid based on public research. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If discomfort persists or is severe, please consult a doctor; stop immediately if you feel unwell while listening.
