Needs a desktop version

I wanted to become a mentor but the time it takes to fill out the application on a tiny phone app takes so long that I quit it entirely because I have other work to finish

Amazing App!

I had such a great experience using this app. It was super easy to use and I got paired with a great mentor. As a first-generation student, it’s really hard to get your foot in the door no matter the industry, and having this app really helped me network and learn from my mentor. I recommend this to anyone looking to learn and grow their professional skills, it’s incredibly beneficial!

Couldn’t get a mentor after months on the app then after months they deleted my account and are wanting me to sign up again even though I already have an account

Oh no! We're sorry to hear you had trouble getting matched! We've matched hundreds of mentors and mentees, but unfortunately not everyone is guaranteed a match. Matches are determined by mentees' professional interests & available mentors. Your account was not deleted, but sometimes what happens is if you log in using a different email account or verification method (e.g. Apple ID or Google) this will create a new account. The new account will not have any info filled out so it may appear your previous account was deleted. All you need to do is log out and log back into your original account! Send us an email at 100kmentorchallenge@promazo.com & we can help you log in and find ways to improve your chances of a match!
