Great taxi app but there a new problem
Never have any trouble with the taxi firm always a taxi available when I always order, but there’s a new problem with this update when I change the pickup point or the drop-off point I’m waiting for a long time for it to update and load to the so I can’t finish the booking which is a problem as I can’t preorder for the taxi I need for this week, please fix this problem as soon as possible thanks

SO much better than uber. drivers are lovely, taxis are always on time and don’t try to up charge by taking long routes. My family have used 1010 for years with no complaints and the fact they have an app available now is just the cherry on top! reserved a trip for new years from town to tyldesley with a stop along the way and only paid £40- absolutely amazing value especially on one of the busiest nights of the year. Our poor driver drove through insane traffic during a really bad storm and STILL managed to get us home safe, warm and in 25 mins!! As a young girl it’s often daunting getting in taxis but the 1010 drivers make you feel so safe and are always lovely to chat to. Thank you to the whole team- DOWNLOAD THIS APP RIGHT NOW!
