  • Issue!!

Yearly subscription isn’t available in my region and when I tried the USA App Store my credit card rejected and declined and I don’t know how to fix that ? Texting you from iraq and hope you will be able to help me, thank you
  • Used to be amazing, subscription models are terrible

I would be okay if given the option for just buying the app and even fewer features for just buying one but I am not paying another subscription. We need to teach companies and apps we will not keep this subscription model as a viable business model.
  • No longer free

Meh, just like everything else, they now charge to use. Looking for other options now.
  • Amazing but not anymore

I have had this app for over a year and have found it extremely useful. It gives great guidance and information for the medications I encounter. However, the last update now charges a yearly subscription? It’s obnoxious everyone is implementing subscriptions models to their apps. Just make it a paid app or a lifetime purchase instead of one year.
I understand it costs money to develop and keep the app up to date, but even a warning ahead of time before it’s implemented would have been fine.

As you mentioned, everyone is implementing a subscription model, and we are no less than everyone else. We have to keep the app sustainable and fund upcoming updates and features. Thanks for understanding.
  • Not worth paid version

App was free for many years and was pretty decent. New update makes you subscribe and nothing changed. Antiquated design and features on app do not justify a hefty yearly subscription.

    Developer Response

After 9 years of serving the dental community, we had to implement this subscription model to keep the app sustainable and fund new features and updates. We also priced it reasonably knowing that most of our users are students. Thanks for understanding
  • Very helpful

Love this app. Use it all the time. Wish it all had meds for patients get nauseous or have a sensitive gag reflex.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback! We will include this in the next update, as well as a new feature that will let you add your own customized medications as well
  • Ridiculous change

App was very helpful for the time it served, very sudden change that would’ve been worth advising ahead of time, not even a one time purchase. Had to be a subscription model, typical predatory tactics for app developers, shame to see they fell down the rabbit hole as well. Will be switching to the better, regularly scientifically updated UptoDate which actually has proprietary software instead of copy pasted info.

    Developer Response

The developers bared the costs of making and publishing this app for free for 9 years before we had to make this move, which we had to do to make the app sustainable. It’s very costly to develop an app, keep it live on the App Store, add features, and keep up with updating it. We priced it to be almost equivalent or less than a cup of coffee/year.
  • Used to be free

Its a nice app to have but now they implemented a yearly subscription model which is not really worth it. Should have been a one time fee for life since its not an app that needs changes over time

    Developer Response

Thanks for your input regarding the subscription, it was priced very reasonably considering that most of our users are students.
  • Update broke the app

This application no longer works after update. They would like you to pay yearly which is fine if you really need this app BUT there are no subscription options.

    Developer Response

We had an issue with pushing the new update and it has been fixed the same day
  • Great 👍

Awesome app!!! Please make some updates and add more useful information 👍🙏
