Haven’t been paid!
I’ve been using this app since Covid as I liked how easy it was to make some spare change in my free time. I used to love this app but I don’t know what has been going on lately. I did 3 stories last week that have all been approved for payment & I have STILL not been paid. I reached out to their Help desk & got a response from a representative & was basically given a vague answer. He said that the story volume has been high when it comes to approving the stories. I understand that part since an actual human being reviews the stories m, but that’s not what I asked. Idk why my payment still hasn’t been sent to my PayPal & it’s been almost two weeks.
I don’t appreciate my time being wasted or my money being held. I’ve never had this happen & have usually been paid within 2 days of doing the stories. Not doing any more stories until this is resolved. Probably just going to delete the app.Show lessd00mkitty

I’ve used many survey apps. And I must say that this one is wonderful, pays you out fast; sometimes you get 30 to 90 cents per survey and it’s always successful, and you get it within 2 to 3 days. It’s great. And reliable. And I like the survey formats. Great way to make side money too. I love this app and highly recommend it.Show lessmatt chaysouang

Literally this is the best app ever because first of all I have PayPal and I can easily put the money in there right away it’s so fast I don’t have to have a minimum of how much money I have to make is so easy better than those other survey apps and there’s no catch or nothing so easy no I don’t know what to say it’s just awesome you guys download it right now you can’t make much money but you can make kinda a lotShow lessTheFUNone😏
Too many rejected surveys
I have been trying this survey app for awhile now and it seems the larger payout surveys are too often rejected for an invalid reason. I’ll follow the guidelines, submit my answers, photos, and or videos and it ends up being rejected for a reason that makes no sense.
I was hoping the app would sort it self out and work through the bugs but it’s only getting worse. Surveys are scarce and payouts are like a dime or two. Questions are very repetitive, often asking the same exact question three times in one survey. At the end of the day this app is not worth the time spent at all.Show lessNo One, Really
I LOVE THIS APP!!!
This app is an amazing way to earn a little bit of extra money!!! You do these “stories” and they ask you questions and it only takes like 5 minutes to complete and it’ll ask you for a picture of say, the cocktail you’re drinking, or what kind of alcohol your buying or if you’re ordering takeout, and pay you in a day or two on PayPal!!! I did the math and if you did all of they surveys, it’s an extra 60-80 dollars into YOUR pocket! And I won a contest for something a year ago and I got 50 dollars from them! I have the proof too on my PayPal still. I will say the downfall is of this app is I wish some of the stories were higher paying. Like some are only 20 cents, and then you have one for 6.00 about what you’re buying to prevent your allergies. If you guys made the minimum payout a dollar for some stories, instead of 20 cents I feel like it would be better. Also there isn’t an option to cash out, but rather after you do each individual story it gets directly deposited into your PayPal, which is nice! it’s not a way to earn a livable wage, but it’s an easy few extra dollars a day, if you do it enough. i’ve found the support team to be great, generally responding within 30 mins - 2 hours, every time.
they also don’t make you wait for $25 or something to receive your payment — they send separate payments for each individual story, taking roughly two days to be paid. i’ve seen stories range from $5-$15, but there are obviously more that are within the $0.10-$2.00 range: most of the cheaper ones will unlock more stories that will pay more

Great concept, bad execution
When I first downloaded this app, I was extremely excited. I love the creative way the surveys are delivered. According to the app, after submitting a survey, it will be reviewed, and you will receive payment 48 hours after a payment is approved. It had been one week since I first had a survey approved, and haven’t gotten paid for any of the 11 surveys I did. I have not done any surveys on here since, and will be sticking to Crowdtap, since they actually pay out.Show lessEverest2038
App has so many issues!
This app is the worst. None of the surveys display properly and you’ll get halfway through them and never get to finish because it doesn’t let you select the right number or response, the options get stuck below the screen and there’s no fix. And the 10 cent questions are insanely long, it’s extremely unfair and not worth the measly 10 cents for how long you have to spend trying to finish half the survey to not be able to complete it.Show lessmorganlc3

This app is so good I got paid instantly to my PayPal. I check eveday and I stay consistent. Money adds up. You answered question some surveys ask for picture of the products and barcodes of the products. Surveys are 4-5 mins to complete. You submit and wait for it to get approved to be paid . Used to be great- scam now
This app used to be cool to make a few extra dollars a day. Now it’s a complete scam. They will reject perfectly good stories as a way to not pay you. I completed the workday eating story 3 different times, each time with the 6 required entries. They will delete stories you submitted to make it look like you didn’t do them. This time I screen shot everything to have proof but instead they rejected a story for no reason, all as a way to gather our personal data without having to pay out a single penny. Their customer service is not responsive. It is so disheartening. The app owes me $54 that I will never see for all the time spent. It’s not worth it to answer questions for 10 or 15 cents either.
