No support after hours
I was locked out of my account because I typed my password in 3 times incorrectly. I called the help number only to be told thereโs nothing they can do and call back after 9am.
Bugs
Logging in is a pain. Face ID randomly turns off, and it frequently will require you to sign in twice for no reason. Once into the app, it works fine.

Doesnโt let you log in. Says incorrect password, have to delete and redownload every time

Always a problem
The app has always been a problem. Randomly signing me out of my accounts. Changing my settings. PAC code NEVER works. Have to call in and that is always so much fun to deal with. Behind the times and needs a better platform
Paying Multiple payees at same time
This app would be much better if it allowed for the selection of multiple payees on the same screen.
As it is now, only one transaction can be made at a time.

No Face ID, NO Debit VISA
All other banks have Face ID and Debit Visa. I use this card every day but itโs not as convenient as other banks.

Simple to use, but needs some modernizing
Needs to be easier on the eyes, app looks like how id guess bmo banking app would look like 15 years ago. Very generic and slow, but extremely simple to use
Frustrating but functional
Frustrating to use. I am constantly saving my settings to allow for Touch ID and quick view. After going through the proper settings in the app it never seems to save and I have to log in every time and save my preferences again. App is constantly freezing. Light years behind any other bankโs mobile banking apps.
