SFCU please update

Navigating the app and the website is beyond. Not simple or user friendly. Just to find my way around took 45 minutes of link to link to link. Not only that but my app hasn’t been working for months and I’ve tried everything.

Most frustrating banking app EVER

This app is beyond frustrating. You can’t sign on!! You can input your password numerous times...guess what?....it sends you back to the sign on page and gives you a message that your time has expired; to sign in again! Back and forth, back and forth....

Worst banking app in history

To navigate through each page is at least a 5min wait while it buffers and loads. They should have fixed all the issues and had IT do a test run before launching to the general public. I would have thought they would have been working on this immediately but there has yet to be any updates. THE WORST!!!!
