Still Perfectly Boring!
I wrote a review complaining about how excellent Martinizing Dry Cleaning is a while back, and (yawn) they haven’t changed one bit! For the first time in my life, my dry cleaning service provides nothing but consistently perfect service! It’s been years since I could blame a dry cleaner for anything damaged, years! I can’t make an excuse that “the dry cleaners must have ruined it, or lost it.” t’s a big deal because that means “I” have to take the blame for my own mistakes!!! Everyone in my house knows how good Bob is! Yep, they know Bob by name around here, and not because he did anything wrong. He’s known for emergency miracles!! When you need something the same day, or something back sooner than expected. The man has no limit in his ability to impress. I’ve had Bob involved in my life for a number of years now, and my kids tell me it’s helped me become a better man. By channeling my “inner Bob”, Im being more accountable for my mistakes, and there are fewer of them. Also I’m just nicer they say! The man sets a very high bar personally and professionally, and I’m glad to know him and have him as a role model. Thanks Bob, for your ability to keep dry cleaning out of the daily drama, and for showing the world what professionalism, goodwill and human decency is all about. In a time when everyone is full of excuses, Bob just keeps delivering miracles day in and day out. Nothing to look at here other than perfection in motion, and a customer practicing self improvement channeling his “inner Bob”.

Fantastic Service!!
Last week we were scheduled for a Tuesday pm delivery. A morning mishap required a quicker delivery. I was planning on going down to the store to pick up our order, but Bob said no problem we'll have those items delivered to you within 15 min.
