Still crashes on opening.

This light is useless and so is the app. Crashes on open. just got the light and the app… neither work.

I tried everything. I cant get the app to stay open more than two seconds. Before that i could but it would not connect to the tittle itself. Poor product plain & simple

Does not work and NO support….for a $400 light? They should be ashamed!!!
Reinstall the app to get it working again.
The company had a server issue causing people not to be able to get in the app.
It has since been restored.
Try deleting the app and installing from the App Store again.
Open App, after signing back in should be able to access the app again.

Keeps Crashing!!!!
The app continues to crash on IPhone, please fix now!!!
Needs update
Like in the last couple reviews, the app crashes on launch in 15.1. It needs to be updated to work with the new version of iOS
Crashes
Currently the app doesn’t open on the most recent iOS or the last one which makes the tittle lights bricks. Been waiting just over a week for a fix.
App no longer works?
No response from company, app crashes every time. Do not buy until this is fixed.
