Confusing controls which don’t match the controls on the physical remote. Also tends to adjust the volume to a low maximum so that it has to be reset on the speakers with the physical remote. Please fix this, as the physical remotes are always breaking...SydneyEdward

Completely mysterious. I don’t think it doesn’t work, but honestly unless you are persistent there is no telling what any of the buttons mean.
Also - not clear if this controls the hub or the speakers. I would say the hubAttokk
