Terrible service and pointless app
I signed up for this app a year ago under a promotional even where subscription was half price, it was still expensive considering the simplicity of a photo sharing app and it’s fellow competitors such as Instagram out there which provide a free service but I decided to give it a try and see if it had benefits the other apps didn’t. There’s not many users on the site and the uploading of photos often came with bugs which would result in me trying 4-5 times in uploading and it failing so I forgot about the app. That was until last week where I received a notification that my subscription had been renewed, without prior reminder as other subscription services provide, $181aud !!! I nearly fell off my seat! I took the time to contact their team through the app and I’m appalled at the lack of customer service support that I have received. Being told they find it “weird that I feel I have the “right” to a refund” and being generally rude and certainly not being supportive or providing any service to their customer which is ironic being a customer service support member ? I have now sent numerous emails in response to theirs and am resigning myself to the fact that I’ve lost that money for a service that’s useless and not worth any money: stick with Instagram would be my advice! What a letdown
I wanted to use this app to post my modeling pictures, but I can’t upload from the app. Always have to go to the browser. It’s disappointing that there’s been previous complaints about this and still no fix for it. Hopefully they look into this. The app is pretty useless at this point.UNDEADxxCOWBOY
Think twice. Difficult to load to and IMPOSSIBLE to Cancel your subscription!
Update: 10-Oct-2019—5:42am— FINALLY I signed into the app on my Chrome browser, and from there, after a great deal of searching , I was able to cancel my YouPic subscription. WootWoot! $120 a year, saved!

Months ago I gave up trying to load to this site and stopped using it. I’ve still not been able to cancel my $119. A YEAR subscription!!!

Unstable
Very unstable app. Get emails sometimes but not consistently about the problems. Good concept and like the format. Sadly there doesn’t seem to be any love coming back users way. Hope it improves 👍🏻nigelinglis
Needs improvements...a lot
This app seems designed by inexperienced folks paying very little attention to UI/UX to say the least. Timeline functionality is silly. Free users restricted to one per12 hours is silly. Feedback functionality is silly. On top of that I see good photographers on it are few and far between leaving nothing to learn from. Waist of money.. scam
Waist of time & money! I upgraded to enthusiast first , my bad , & cant upload photos, then upgraded to premium, dumbest thing to do , still can’t upload more than 1 picture a day when it says, premium with unlimited uploads , am sorry to say that fix all your problems , do it with free uploads , if i wanna advertise my page i can do it with cash its fine , but to pay for my uploads every time, am sorry that wont happen again, clearly you wanna gain money from this with no purpose.Show lessAlthani82
Can never upload photos
I love the app itself but it definitely needs work. Im not able to see the feedback I’m getting on specific photos and I can give feedback to other photographer.
The hands down biggest issue is I’m constantly having problems uploading photos. I always get the error request timed out error. SUPER FRUSTRATING. The whole point of this app is to share your work.Show lessTracie Wilson
