I was in BC for a bit & they did not have Uber so this certainly saved the dreadful public transit and the high taxi meter rates!!
I would give a five but was not satisfied with the following. Overall great service!.
1. The app was not always consistent with extending bookings & I would get charged late fee’s double and triple the rate of using the service at normal rate bookings of time. Especially when the vehicle was not booked after my return time. The policy could easily be changed to receiving a drastic late or over time fee if the vehicle was pre booked based on my return time.
2. Locations were bleak where I was staying. Had to walk four to ten blocks to get a vehicle and return it. Asked for a vehicle to be relocated or added closer by for daily use and was refused.
3. Vehicles would not always be cleaned, even after reporting and submitting photos.
