I have been trying for months to unsubscribe it, sent emails and tried searching in settings but nil effect. Please unsubscribe me

This app is good. They give me more and more useful resume form that help me create and design my CV quickly.

I needed a simple app to create a simple resume for a family member. This app was perfect for the job
Never use it again
It doesn’t says at the beginning when I made my resume after start asking for $$$ and subscription no it’s been three days I’m trying to cancel and I don’t want to use this app any more instead keep sending me a message and I’m trying to unsubscribe don’t receive any more email but there is no option still sending me email I will never use it again this app

I want to update this review & say if you are considering this app, RUN in the opposite direction from this app. If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t answer when you seek help. Pathetic. /I spent all day yesterday building a resume for my son. I saved it every step of the way. It was there every time I went back to make changes. This morning I went to pull it up and it is Gone. Can you tell me where it went? Hours are gone if I don’t find it.

Not happy
I wasted my time here and sent them about the glitch I was going thru after I upgraded but got NO Support . Very disappointed .

Great app
This is a great app you can save and send a PDF file to your email or the job you are applying. Most of the time company's don't want everyone coming and handing resumes in anymore they want them electronically. I like that you can do your cover letter, resume and references all on one app I looked at a few and they only did resumes.

Waste of time and money
After entering info the format is not uniform when it prints and now I can't edit. You can't change font size either, it's like printing on a Big Chief Tablet. Bought the full version to change to a new (paid) template to see if that might save my two hours of work but there is no option but to redo the whole thing. Not gonna waste the time again just to end up in the same place. Beware!

2 hours later I can't edit anymore
I spent 2 hours trying to make the perfect resume now that I'm almost done I can't edit it anymore. I'm furious!!! I wasted two hours and can't use any of the work that I did but this app messed up!!!
