The preview on iTunes looks really good and is in English but the program is in a language I cannot read. It may be just a set-up page but I couldn't begin to guess where to choose English.
It might be OK if you can read Chinese mandarin
Opened the app and the opening screen is in Chinese. Just deleted it.
