I find it very difficult to look up what’s on on any particular day. Just tried to find Saturday’s showing but could only find times for one film not the day’s showings. Very frustratingJulioOw

Old app was better. I liked being able to see instantly what was on that day. This version of the app is rubbish. Please change it back. Also noticed you’ve increased the booking fee with no notification. When you’re on a tight budget because of health reasons a warning would have been nice. Yeah it’s only 25p more. But I’d rather come to cinema than use my heatingShow lessAnnabellabong 23

Constantly looses bookings
This app constantly looses my bookings….
If you use this app make sure you screen shot your purchases and receive an email (if set up) before exciting. Otherwise you’ll turn up at the cinema with no proof you paid for a viewing…..

Big improvements, but some things are missing
A lot easier to book now - the link to PayPal is brilliant. Maybe a link to Apple Pay would be good too?
The old app used to link to your calendar too, but doesn’t anymore, so could this be re-established so bookings can go straight into the calendar? Also, can’t share bookings with others anymore. Could that be re-established too?Show lessJoe4298
Dire!
This app seems to get worse every time I try and use it. Cluncky is an understatement. It’s just plain awful. It times out all the time, basic things like picking a seat confuses it and PayPal doesn’t work. Considering this is supposed to support a small business it really needs improving and fast.T23TGS
