ClearView CRM Mobile version 1.6 offers the following improvements: - Administrators, you can now set the logout frequency for ClearView CRM Mobile so the application logs out users at regular intervals. - If your phone has the capability, you can now stay logged into ClearView CRM Mobile via thumbprint recognition.. - ClearView CRM Mobile’s login page now defaults to your user name, organization, and URL so so only need to add your password to log in.

Changes and improvements in ClearView CRM 1.4: - All Other Solicitors are now listed on Opportunity View and Edit screens. - You can now add, edit or delete Solicitors in the app. - You can create a new Opportunity record in the app. - You can now easily distinguish between Filters and the ability to Sort in a data table. - The Fund and Appeal now carry over to an Opportunity to an associated Action record. - Creating an Action at the end of a phone call now completes correctly.

Work with data table filters now in version 1.3 of ClearView CRM Mobile. View data just as you can in ClearView on your desktop. ***New!*** --You can now filter the results for all data tables in Mobile, including Events. --The default view of data tables in Mobile matches the organization’s configured default view. ***Updates and Fixes*** --The request to create an action after a phone call now completes and no longer causes an error.

View, add or edit information in individual Event screens. Tap Event to view Events Summary screen with key data. ***Updates and Fixes*** • Notifications link back to related prospects, actions, opportunities, gifts and payments. • Tap paper clip icon to add attachment to most record types. • Greeting field updates when Prospect Record Greeting Preference changes. • Tap Spouse name in Prospect Summary Key Info section to go to spouse’s Prospect Summary, if one exists. • Probability field updates when stage of opportunity changes.

*Updates*: When you page through a list of detail records, you can now tap or swipe through pages. You can also right-swipe on any screen to go to the main menu. You can now *Watch* prospects to receive an automatic *Notification* when a change is made according to your *Watch* preferences. Relevant data tables now include a "Mine" filter, so you can readily limit results to just records associated with you. We made it easier for you to add a profile picture to a prospect record. Prospect address information on the *Key Info* tab is now more logically grouped by *Address Type*. Consistent with a new optional feature in ClearView, changing the stage of an *Opportunity* record displays a prompt according to your organization's *Stage Change Rules*. The version of ClearView CRM Mobile that you are running is now displayed. *Fixes*: The *Prospect Overview* tab now respects the field order set in ClearView Administration. *Add Prospect* now respects any default values set by your organization for fields included in the mobile *Add Prospect* screen.
