Use any other company
Really bad service, used them on a few occasions and every experience has been negative. Originally used because the price in the app for fares is cheaper than other apps but I would always be charged considerably more. For example - €10.20 fare estimate but charged €16.40. Happened on multiple occasions - being charged more than estimate. Company needs to hold accountability and not promise a cheaper fare to reign customers in only to be lying to them. Prone to last minute cancellations. Inaccurate locations on app and when I called driver to explain where I was he was rude to me left me waiting 10 minutes in cold then cancelled unexpectedly. Spoke to the company and they refused to do anything about it. Don’t want other people having an experience like mine. I’d recommend Uber if you’re paying card or FREENOW if you’re paying cash, much more reliable and reasonably priced taxi apps.
