I got 3 days ago and Was still trying to sign up...from my iPhone, home desktop, laptop and office desktop...doesn’t work!asgrq
You get what you pay for.
I got this for my son for his birthday. I have a Garmin tracker, but I opted to get him this cheaper one until I could see if he took to it. I figured he didn't need bells and whistles. However, I did want it to work. :( it doesn't.
We are having the same trouble as the reviewer below. There is not a "connected" button to push.
And this, after searching all over gods green earth for this freaking app in the first place. It wouldn't come up in an App Store search.

Works really well
Does everything it says it will, and the battery lasts a decent time. Occasionally it takes about a minute to sync, but usually only takes a couple seconds. I haven't had any issues with pairing it to my phone, and the program is very easy to use. Only complaint is that a lot of the battery is used overnight. There isn't a "night mode," so it uses as much battery overnight as it would during the day. I wish that when you held down the button, it would activate night mode, or turn off.Bammyrock

I can only get the band to synch after unpairing and pairing the band again.
Every time I go to the home screen, the instructions say to just tap and pull down to synch. I keep trying this and it just says “Band is out of range or not connected”Unhappy Customer233
